Return Policy

Cancellations: Call 704.547.9005 immediately after placing your order to accommodate your request.  We start the designing process within 24-48 hours, so the time window for changes or cancellations are durable.  NOTE: If you cancel an item purchased with a promotion or special deal, you may not be eligible to receive that promotion or discount again. 

Quality issues: You will have to notify Distinctive Specialties of any issue within 7 days after delivery and, if applicable, send us a photo of the item to explain the issue. Distinctive Specialties will work with you to meet your expectations regarding the quality of the items. If we are not able to meet these quality expectations we offer a full refund.  

In store purchases: RETURN POLICY- NO CASH, DEBIT or CREDIT REFUNDS - EXCHANGE ONLY, STORE CREDIT or APPLY to GIFT CARD. Original receipt is required, Merchandise must be in original condition with tags. Return must be within 21 days of purchase. NO Refund or Exchange on Clearance items.
