Cancellation/Exchange/Guarantee Policy
Cancellations Policy: To request a cancellation, please call 704.547.9005 immediately after placing your order. Please note that for custom items, our design process begins shortly after receiving your order, and therefore, the window for making changes or cancellations is limited. Please be aware that if you cancel an item purchased with a promotion or special deal, you may not be eligible to receive that promotion or discount again.
Exchange Policy: We offer exchange only, store credit, or application to a gift card. Please note that we do not provide cash, debit, or credit refunds. To initiate a return, please ensure you have the original receipt, and the merchandise must be in its original condition with tags. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

Distinctive Specialties offers a full refund upon request by the customer, subject to the following conditions:
- Quality Issues: Please notify us of any quality issues within 7 days of delivery and provide a photo of the item, if applicable. We will work with you to meet your expectations regarding the quality of the item. If we are unable to meet these expectations, we offer a full refund.
- Refund Timeline: The full amount will be refunded within 3-5 days after Distinctive Specialties receives the returned products from the customer.
- Customer Exchange: The customer is responsible for returning the products to Distinctive Specialties and paying for shipping charges.
- Exceptions: The money-back guarantee does not apply in cases where the customer has accepted the proof of the final design.
